We would need the following information:

Color choices if applicable.
We then assemble the agreement and send it to you to esign via email
We then collect the down payment via invoice emailed to you or over the phone.
Cash purchase is 10% Down, Check or Money order on delivery. If balance is paid with a Credit Card a 4% processing fee applies. No exceptions.
Rent to Own is 1 months rent down plus tax. Anything over 12' wide require 2 months down.
RTO Contracts are 54 months standard. There is NO CREDIT CHECK and NO PENATLY to pay it off early.
