The low monthly rates are comparable to Mini Storage rates per square foot. There is no credit check nor are you required to keep your building. All that is required to get your own Rent to Own buildings is one months’ rent (two months on 14’ & 16' wide buildings). You may cancel the Rent to Own Agreement at any time by simply calling us and we will pick up the building. You may also purchase the building at any point by paying 50% of your remaining balance on any 48 or 54 month contract
